FCAWC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental differences throughout Northeast Florida, and this site exists to share our mission with individuals, families, caregivers, donors, and community partners.

The text, images, program descriptions, and branding on this website belong to First Coast Abilities & Wellness Center unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to read, share, and reference our content to learn about our Adaptive Fitness, Nutrition & Living, and Education & Life Skills programming. Please don't copy, reproduce, or repurpose our materials for commercial use without our written permission. Our name, tagline, and logo are part of our identity as a nonprofit and are protected accordingly.

FCAWC is a holistic wellness program addressing both mind and body for the IDD community, and our content is not medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
