When you become a member of our adaptive wellness center, you gain access to programming that treats your mind and body together, guided by a research- and data-based approach tailored to each individual. This is wellness built to last, not another short-lived plan that leaves you back where you started.
Adaptive Fitness Built for You
Strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and total-body fitness classes designed for all mobility levels—so movement feels welcoming, not intimidating.
Nutrition & Living Skills
Seminars, meal planning, and hands-on cooking that build lifelong healthy habits—real lifestyle changes, never fad diets or quick fixes.
Education & Life Skills
Technology education, financial literacy, and employment readiness that grow independence and open new doors in everyday life.
Who Can Join
Wellness membership for adults with disabilities across Northeast Florida
Membership is open to adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental differences throughout Northeast Florida.
If you or someone you care for has aged out of school-based services and is looking for a sustainable, dignified place to keep growing stronger, you belong here. Families, parents, and caregivers are welcome partners in the journey, too. We're located at The Arc Village in Jacksonville, FL, and we're preparing to welcome our first members soon.
